Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations for Adults (18+)

Spano Psychological provides evidence-based neuropsychological evaluations for adults 18+ seeking diagnostic clarity, cognitive assessment, and documentation for academic and workplace accommodations. These evaluations help identify ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. 

 

If a patient requests a letter, such as an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter, a therapeutic relationship must be established before issuing it. 

Each evaluation includes:

  • A 90-minute clinical intake

  • 2–3 neuropsychological testing sessions (5-7 hours required in office)

  • Comprehensive interpretation and scoring

  • A detailed diagnostic report

  • A feedback session with individualized recommendations

Diagnostic Intake Appointment (90 minutes)

​Your evaluation begins with an in-depth clinical interview to review history, clarify concerns, and design a customized testing plan.
