Cognitive Screening & Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations for Adults (18+)
Spano Psychological provides evidence-based neuropsychological evaluations for adults 18+ seeking diagnostic clarity, cognitive assessment, and documentation for academic and workplace accommodations. These evaluations help identify ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and neurocognitive changes related to dementia.
If a patient requests a letter, such as an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter, a therapeutic relationship must be established before issuing it.
Each evaluation includes:

2–3 neuropsychological testing sessions (5-7 hours required in office)

Diagnostic Intake Appointment (90 minutes)
​Your evaluation begins with an in-depth clinical interview and a validated screening tool. If testing is indicated, we will move to plan the more comprehensive testing appointment.
