Below are the steps in the process for evaluating a prospective client and beginning care.
Pre Screener
The prescreener allows Dr. Spano to evaluate your needs, and the potential to work together.
Orientation Call
Dr. Spano will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your completed prescreener form to arrange a 15-minute call. This call is optional per patient preference.
Schedule Visit
Using your SimplePractice app, you'll schedule your first appointment.
Your responses to the pre screener are confidential, and are recorded privately in Simple Practice.
