Dr. Spano works with individuals ages 18 and up, including adults seeking diagnostic clarity and older adults concerned about memory changes or dementia.
No referral is needed. You can self-schedule an evaluation.

Testing and intake typically occur over 2–4 weeks.
The report is completed within an additional four weeks.
Yes. Reports meet documentation requirements for:
ADA accommodations
Colleges and universities
Disability services offices
Workplace and HR departments
Standardized testing boards
Dr. Spano is out-of-network at this time. A superbill is provided for reimbursement through your insurance plan.
Yes. Some components can be administered remotely; however, 4–5 hours must be completed in-person to maintain standardized testing conditions.
Previous evaluations are helpful and can be provided at intake.
For psychotherapy (ages 18+), a 45 minute session (virtual or in-office) costs $230. A limited number of sliding scale openings may be available and can be explored through an individual conversation with Dr. Spano during an initial consultation.
For neuropsychological evaluations (ages 18+), pricing can vary based on testing complexity but will typically range between $3000 - $3500.
